We're committed to getting it right! Since all orders are made to order, we can't accept returns or refunds unless:

• The item arrives damaged
• The wrong item, color, or size is shipped

If either of these issues occurs, please email us at contact@swagpods.com within a week, including: Photos of the damaged/wrong item, your order number and any other relevant details.

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue and get back to you with a solution as soon as possible!
